AI credits
Open team Billing → AI Credits. The page labels the balance AI Automations Credit and provides Buy Credit and auto-reload controls. The wallet is distinct from project infrastructure usage and its spending limit.
Auto-reload
The form includes:

| Enabled | Whether auto-reload is enabled. |
| When balance falls below | The threshold that triggers a reload. |
| Reload to target balance | The desired balance after a reload, rather than a fixed purchase amount. |
| Maximum monthly spend | The ceiling configured for reload spending in the month. |
For example, a threshold and target describe two different levels; setting a target is not setting the threshold. Review the displayed currency and confirmation before saving. Use Cancel to leave without applying edits.
When AI cannot run
Inspect the available balance, payment state, automation credit controls, and project restrictions. Increasing an infrastructure spending limit does not by itself resolve a missing AI credit balance. Inspect run details for the actual failure.
Purchased credits and included plan allocations are distinct. Review current purchase terms for expiry and eligibility rather than treating a balance screenshot as a policy guarantee.
