Microsoft Teams

Open Dashboard → project Integrations and locate Microsoft Teams. You need permission to manage the project integration and to authorize the app in the intended Microsoft tenant and team.

Connect

1. Use the provider’s connection action.
2. Review the external account/workspace and requested permissions during authorization.
3. Return to Dashboard and confirm the connection status.
4. Configure the intended destination where the automation delivery controls expose it.
5. Test a harmless message in a designated test destination and inspect the run outcome.

A Connected card confirms a connection record, not that every channel or interactive user has been tested. Channel access and provider policy can still block delivery.

Identity and access

An external identity and a Flexkit account are different identities. Complete the supported account-linking or sign-in flow when prompted; do not assume that external workspace membership grants project data access. Inspect roles and spaces when a request is denied.

Troubleshooting

Check the connected Microsoft tenant and team, destination access, provider authorization, automation configuration, and run details. Reconnect through Dashboard when authorization has expired or been revoked. Review dependent automations before disconnecting an integration.

Keep provider tokens and customer conversations out of public support reports. For a custom receiver, consider outgoing webhooks.
