Browse records

Open Desk and select an entity such as Products. The sidebar groups and entity labels are configured by your application.

Use the list

  1. Confirm the project and current scope.
  2. Use View to choose visible columns where available.
  3. Use a supported column’s sorting control to change ordering. Not every column has the same sorting actions.
  4. Open a row with its edit action to inspect the record.
  5. Use Reload when you need to refresh the list after external changes.

Row and cell menus can expose actions such as Edit, Additional actions, and Copy value. Copying a displayed value is different from exporting an entire record or dataset.

Selection

Selection enables actions on multiple records. Inspect the selected count and confirmation before a bulk action. Do not assume selecting visible rows means selecting every matching record in the project.

Find missing data

Check the selected entity, current scope, access spaces, and whether the data was saved to this project. Global search only considers configured searchable data; a missing search result does not prove the record is absent. A hidden column affects the list display, not the stored attribute.

Next: edit a record or configure search.
