Desk

Desk turns the configured entity schema into lists and editing forms. Your developer controls entity names, menu groups, fields, previews, and validation through code.

Start by selecting an entity in the sidebar. Open a record to inspect it or choose Create when your role allows writing. A record opens in a drawer; its groups and fields come from the schema.

Daily tasks

• Browse records: columns, sorting, selection, and reload.
• Edit records: create, save, validation, and deletion.
• Relationships: link existing records and understand nested editing.
• Scoped content: maintain variants without duplicating shared values.

Desk is not a schema designer. Ask a developer to change the schema when you need a new field or entity. A column display change is not a backend schema deployment.
