Studio
Studio is your team’s workspace for e-commerce operations in Flexkit. Use its installed extensions to maintain commerce data, organize assets, and work with AI agents. Your project schema determines which records and fields are available.
Open the URL supplied by your developer; its base path and title are configurable.
Find your way around
Select a project, then choose an app from the icon rail. The active app supplies its own sidebar and workspace. The bundled apps are:

| Desk | Browse and edit records. |
| Asset Manager | Upload and organize reusable files. |
| Explorer | Inspect and execute GraphQL operations. |
| AI | Chat, automations, skills, runs, and approvals. |
Extension installation varies by project. A missing app may require a configuration change and application deployment by your developer.
Search
Use global search to find records across searchable entities. Its entity filter narrows the results. Select a result to open the corresponding record. Asset Manager and other apps also have their own search controls; these are not the same as global search.
If expected records are absent, check the project, searchable field configuration, spaces, and indexing state. See schema search.
Access and loading states
Wait for authentication and schema loading before interpreting an empty workspace. If an entity or field remains absent, ask your administrator about your role and spaces. If the whole application fails, check the deployment and troubleshooting guides.
