A team can have Free and Pro projects side by side, and each one is billed and limited on its own. See [pricing](/docs/pricing) for every rate. ## Free Free is for trying Flexkit, prototypes and small projects. It costs nothing, and its limits are hard stops rather than charges: - **Included usage:** 250,000 API requests, 0.5 GB database capacity and 50 GB asset storage, every month. - **Agent:** 50 chat turns, 10 automation runs and 500 agent steps a month. - **Team size:** up to 3 members per project and 4 webhooks. - **Project count:** a team can have up to **2 Free projects**. ## Pro Pro is for production projects. It costs **$25 per seat per month**. Seats are the project's members, except Viewers. - **Included usage:** the same as Free (250,000 API requests, 0.5 GB database, 50 GB storage). Beyond it, usage **continues** and is billed at [on-demand rates](/docs/pricing#on-demand-rates) instead of stopping. - **Agent:** 300 chat turns, 100 automation runs and 3,000 agent steps a month, then on-demand. - **No limits** on members or webhooks. - **[Spend management](/docs/spend-management):** set a monthly limit on on-demand usage, or turn it off. - **[Pausing](/docs/dashboard/project-lifecycle#pause-deliberately):** pause the project whenever you choose. ## Enterprise (coming soon) Enterprise is for organizations that need more than Pro: custom included usage and limits, and pricing and terms agreed with your organization. It isn't available yet. Open the project's **Settings → Plan**. **Upgrade to Pro:** choose **Upgrade to Pro** and confirm the payment method. Flexkit charges the seats for the rest of the current month right away (prorated), and the project's limits lift immediately. If the team has no card yet, you add one during the upgrade. **Downgrade to Free:** choose **Downgrade**. The project moves to Free right away, and on-demand usage accrued so far is still billed. A team can only have 2 Free projects, so downgrading a third isn't possible. Usage above the Free limits makes the project read-only. A team with an [overdue invoice](/docs/billing#failed-payments) can't upgrade projects or create new ones until the invoice is paid. ## General billing information ### Where do I see my usage? Every project has a **Usage** page, and every team has one covering all its projects. They show API requests, capacity, agent activity and AI model spend for the billing cycle. See [usage](/docs/usage). ### What happens when I reach 100%? **Free projects:** - At 100% of API requests, database capacity or asset storage, the project becomes **read-only**. Queries keep working, but changes are blocked. Writes come back as soon as usage is under the limit again: API requests reset on the 1st, and capacity and storage drop when you delete data. Upgrading to Pro lifts it right away. - At 100% of the agent allowance, agent chat and automations stop until the 1st. **Pro projects:** - They keep working: usage beyond the included amount is billed as on-demand usage. - If you set a **Fixed** monthly limit or turn on-demand usage **off**, the project is **paused** when it reaches that point. See [notifications](/docs/notifications). ### Who can manage plans and billing? Team **Owners** and team members with the **Billing** role change project plans and spending settings, and manage payment methods, billing details, invoices and AI credits. Project **Owners** can pause and unpause a project.
