# Your account

Your account identifies you across teams and projects. Open the account menu to find profile and sign-out controls. Use the account associated with your invitation when signing into Dashboard and Studio.

## Keep your identity clear

Use a recognizable name and avatar where profile editing is available. Before changing an email identity, confirm how your team's invitations and sign-in method use that address. Profile appearance does not change your project role or space grants.

## Access problems

If an expected team or project is absent, first check the signed-in account. Then ask an administrator to inspect membership and pending invitations. Changing a profile name will not accept an invitation or grant a missing role.

Sign out on shared devices. Do not include session cookies or authentication codes in support requests. For help, provide the affected project identifier and the failed action through your approved support channel.
